Fully self contained
Self contained and self catering with a choice of one or two queen heated bedrooms. Beds are equipped with electric blankets. Rooms have their own ensuite. There is also a separate bathroom with claw foot bath including toilet and wash basin. The house is not serviced during your stay (unless requested) providing you with the full privacy and seclusion during your stay.
Heating is provided in all rooms with a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living room and a wood fire.
This historic property is located in a quiet street nestled on the grounds of approximately 0.6 of an acre of treed garden offering serene and private surroundings to relax in.
An outdoor deck with views to enjoy the English style garden. You can also relax in the sun room to enjoy the view of the garden. There are heirloom apples and other stone fruit trees including a walnut tree in the garden, which visitors are welcome to pick for their own enjoyment.
Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Kitchen has electric oven, gas stove top, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and pod coffee machine.
Breakfast provisions provided on arrival along with tea, coffee and sugar. Any additional provisions can be bought from the local supermarket just a short walk into town.
TV and free WiFi internet also available.

No disabled access available. The house is historical and has several steps up to the front entrance.
